3. What are the payment terms and conditions at Sanport Indonesia? For now we only accept T/T

• 50% Down Payment (DP): before starting production, after proforma invoice.
• 50% Full Payment (FP): after production + packing is complete, before shipping.

• Yes, the price includes inner plastic per 1 kg, inner box per 1 kg, master box per 10 kg, strapping + wrapping.

• Yes, Sanport Indonesia offers OEM production services and can produce coconut charcoal briquettes with your brand and design.
• All coconut charcoal is produced under the customer brand Sanport Indonesia. You can send us your packaging design, and we will help print it for you.

7. Does Sanport Indonesia accept CIF or CNF orders?

• Yes, and Sanport Indonesia will help calculate the rate, depending on which country.
